Presentation Instructions
Oral Presentation
All rooms will be equipped with a computer, LCD projector, screen, microphone, and pointer. Although we may have overhead projectors as a backup, the use of LCD projector is strongly encouraged. We recommend you bring either PowerPoint or Adobe PDF presentation files in a USB memory or CD, which should be compatible with Microsoft Windows OS. All the computers available for presentation run MS Windows. You may also bring and use your own laptop computer for the presentation.Poster Presentation
The panels with the full size of 1m(width) x 2.5m(height) will be prepared for the poster. We recommend you to prepare your poster presentation in either one sheet of A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) or several sheets of A4 size (up to 12 sheets). You can see the references in the picture below.
