The Proceedings of APPC10 will be published as Special Issues of JKPS (Journal of the Korean Physical Society). JKPS is an SCI-listed international journal with an impact factor of 1.328. Authors are encouraged to submit regular research papers presenting their novel results. All the submitted papers will be peer-reviewed according to the editorial policies of JKPS.

  1. Manuscripts should be prepared using RevTex in the format of the Physical Review journals. The RevTeX is a LaTeX macro package used for compuscripts in the American Physical Society (APS) research journals, and JKPS uses the same style and format as Physical Review B. More information about the manuscript preparation using RevTeX is available at http://authors.aps.org/revtex4/. Manuscripts in the MS-Word format will be accepted, but higher page charges will be levied to cover the cost of MS-Word to RevTeX conversion. Templates for the Tex and Word formats are available below.
  2. We limit the length of a paper to four to six journal pages. Page length estimate should be done by the authors as in any page length-limited journals such as Physical Review Letters or Applied Physics Letters. Papers shorter than 4 pages will be rejected without review.
  3. Papers are to be submitted electronically through [Link for Manuscript Submission System]. Authors should NOT submit the manuscript through the link at the KPS website which is for regular issues of JKPS.
  4. There is a page charge for publication in JKPS. For manuscripts prepared using RevTex, it is KRW50,000 per journal page, and for manuscripts in MS-Word format, KRW60,000 per page. Plenary and invited papers are exempt from page charges.
  5. Authors from developing countries may request special exemption from the page charge by sending an e-mail explaining their financial situation to the local organizing committee at appc10@apctp.org AFTER the paper is accepted for publication. A limited number of exemptions will be awarded.
